Beginner Classes are held every Thursday from 6:00 - 7:00 PM for eight weeks. Classes are open to anyone 6 years of age or older.
During the classes, students will learn all the basic clogging steps and the choreography to several songs.
After completing the beginner class, all dancers will receive a diploma during a Graduation Ceremony
and will be placed into an age-appropriate Intermediate class.
Payment:
The eight-week beginner sesson is $50. If you join an intermediate team after the Beginner Class, dues are $20 each month.
The first lesson is ALWAYS FREE! So if clogging is something you would like to try, please visit any of our classes.
Costumes:
The costume required after completing the Beginner Class (if you wish to perform with the team) is our team t-shirt ($15)
and black pants ($20 children, $27-$40 adults). You may purchase the team costume at any time after graduation from the Beginner Class.
Shoes:
Clogging shoes can be ordered from
Carl's Clogging Supply.
New children's shoes range from $50 - $59 depending on what accessories are included. New adult shoes range from $60 - $69.
Various sizes of used shoes are also available for a reduced price.
Children 3 - 5:
Children ages 3 to 5 years old may begin clogging at any time. Tiny Tot classes meet every Tuesday from 5:00 - 5:30 PM.
